Modified Tae Bo Has No Age Limits

After turning 50, I embarked on a Tae-Bo journey. Since then, I’ve introduced it to my folks who are in their late 70′s.

In fact, my dad just turned 79 this past summer, believe it or not he’s doing it!

At first, they thought my interest in Tae-Bo was just a temporary fad, but when they saw that Tae-Bo was truly changing my physical and emotional life, the changes and enthusiasm they saw in me became contagious. Both of my parents had been upset by my increasing sedentary life style because when I was younger, I was very active and fit. (more…)
