Exercise Description

Stretches intercostal muscles (ribs) improving lung capacity, thins waistline. Also good for lower back strengthening. At the present time, we have no video for this exercise.

Triangle, side stretches

Start Position:

Standing, feet are 3 feet apart. Arms stretched out to either side.

Look to the left hand and bend over to the right. Be careful not to break at the hip; keep shoulders and hips on one plane.

Breathe and hold for 45 seconds. Repeat other side.
